As a supporting organisation we invest greatly in the development of our employees in order for them to achieve their own personal goals while at the same time contributing to the growth of our business. We run a successful Graduate Engineers Program in conjunction with Engineers Ireland while we have developed relationships with some of the UK and Irelands leading Third Level Institutions.

APC are continuously looking for trainee welders and riggers to join our team via the APC Apprenticeship Programme.

University Bursary

The APC partnership with the University of Limerick has a number of goals to support the growth of APC into the future & enhancing our graduate engineering programme.

Graduate Programme

The APC Graduate programme is laid out in such a way to give the graduate an opportunity to spend time with each of the main departments within APC’s organisation over two years.
