Our OHSE and Quality Management System aligns with the requirements of the international standards below. Where appropriate, APC has achieved third-party certification and all of our programmes have a proven track record of continuous improvement.

Safety First
APC’s number one focus is the health, safety and wellbeing of our team and associates. We employ a comprehensive and proactive approach that promotes a positive health and safety culture at all times. We are certified by British Assessment Bureau and conform to the requirements of the Occupational Health & Safety System ISO 45001:2018.
We strive every day, in all of our workplaces and locations, to ensure that we create the safest sites for our employees, contractors and clients. This professional and reinforced effort from all members of the APC team supports the APC core value of Safety First.
APC practices safety as a skill and as with all skills it must be taught correctly, checked regularly and updated frequently to keep up-to-date with changes and improvements. Our clients can be assured that APC puts all of our employees to work on their sites with an agreed, assessed and resourced safe system of work, at a safe workstation and with safe equipment.
Health Matters
The wellbeing of our employees is paramount to APC. To educate our employees on the importance of occupational health, we integrate risk assessment, health surveillance and proactive health promotion initiatives by conducting regular awareness programmes, training sessions and wellness campaigns. APC also operates an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which recognises that sometimes employees face challenges in their work or home life that require extra support.

APC’s primary environmental focus is to continuously improve our environmental performance so we reduce our impact on the environment. We are certified by British Assessment Bureau and conform to the requirements of the Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015.

Our work practices, consumable choices and sustainability drives can all make a difference. We also strive to influence the same choices among our contractors through the support of our clients in these matters.

Quality Services
APC’s primary quality focus is to meet customer requirements and strive to exceed customer expectations. We are certified by British Assessment Bureau and conform to the requirements of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015. In addition APC are accredited to ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2:2018 (Welding Standards). In 1995, APC became one of the first construction companies in the industry to achieve the Quality Management System, known then as ISO 9002:1994.
APC’s goal is to complete all projects with 100% customer satisfaction. Our clients place their confidence in our highest-calibre services and feel assured that our Quality Systems help protect their interests and the integrity of their plants. This assurance is achieved through constant monitoring of activities and continuous improvement from pre-contract reviews right through to project completion and handover.
Our Quality System covers all activities and extends to all areas of the organisation. Depending upon the nature of the product and type of service provided, it includes procurement, fabrication, erection, installation, testing, inspection, process control, material/equipment handling, maintenance and storage, nonconformance control, document control and control of quality records, as appropriate.
