He oversees a workforce of 180–200 employees across projects and outage maintenance, driving productivity through effective mentorship and leadership.

Eneas has a proven track record of reducing costs, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction. He is also a champion of safety, fostering a strong safety culture within APC that has led to a measurable reduction in workplace accidents and injuries. Eneas holds a Level 8 Business Management qualification from Dublin College.
