Quality Director
Jason Arkell serves as the Director of Quality at Atlantic Projects Company, where he leads the company’s Ireland and UK Quality Management strategy, ensuring compliance with all relevant certifications, regulations, and delivery of industry best practices. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System policies, processes, and procedures, as well as creating a strong Quality Culture across business, projects, and operations. Jason oversees a team of Quality Management professionals, who are focused on achieving our APC mission – To exceed client expectations by consistently delivering projects on Time to Budget (applying TQM – Total Quality Management philosophy), driving continuous improvement, through a collaborative approach, across the business to ensure quality excellence in our project delivery. He comes with over 30 years’ experience in Quality Management & Business Improvement, working across Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction and Defence industries.
For the last 16 years Jason has operated at a Regional and Global Leadership level with companies such as Wood, Amec Foster Wheeler, BAE Naval Ships, Balfour Beatty, and most recently Worley, helping to deliver best in class EPC/EPCm execution. Jason brings a commitment to lead a proactive Quality strategy, fostering a Quality Culture where we can all participate in quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects to further enhance the APC reputation by consistently delivering Quality projects Safely, on Time to Budget.
