Kieran Thompson serves as the Director of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) at Atlantic Projects Company, where he leads the company’s HSE strategy and ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and industry’s best practices. He is a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) and Fellow Member of IIRSM (FIIRSM.) He is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and programs that promote a safe and healthy work environment across all projects and operations.
Kieran oversees a team of HSE professionals, driving continuous improvement in safety performance, risk management, and environmental stewardship. Under his leadership, APC has achieved measurable reductions in workplace incidents and improved overall safety culture, supporting both employee well-being and operational excellence.
Kieran combines extensive experience in HSE management with a commitment to proactive risk mitigation, fostering a culture where safety, compliance, and sustainability are core priorities of the business.
