With over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, she brings expertise across marine construction, power EPC, and HR leadership. She began her career in project engineering, building a strong foundation in construction operations, contracts, and risk management.
Since transitioning to HR leadership, Kristen has driven initiatives that support the company’s growth and performance, helping cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.
